Car Kulture Deluxe and Ol Skool Rodz are bi-monthly publications produced by Murpho’s Publishing. Depending on when the subscription is purchased, it can take 30 to 60 days to receive your first issue. To check the status of your subscription, please contact us by phone or email.

All address changes can be submitted online or by phone. Please double check all shipping details before submitting your change of address to help us ensure your subscription is not interrupted.

LOST OR DAMAGED ISSUES 

If your issues have failed to arrive, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to evaluate the issue.

For damaged issues, please contact shelby@murphospublishing. We will be happy to provide a new issue at no additional cost.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

If you would like to cancel your existing subscription, you are welcome to submit a refund request through our customer service department.

  

If payment was made by credit or debit card, a refund can be issued within three months of the original purchase date. If the refund request is over the three-month period, a check will be issued to the account holder.
